Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.

We accept returns/refunds only under the following conditions:
1. You received a wrong item
2. The product arrived damaged
3. The product was defective upon arrival

To qualify:
1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
3. Proof (photos/videos) is required

Non-Eligible Cases
1. Change of mind
2. Opened/used products
3. Product not performing as expected (results vary by individual)

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
