Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Duration
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen delays by courier partners.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and current courier rates.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or WhatsApp. You may track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Pore Decision is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or missing items, please contact our support within 48 hours with photos and order details.
